Our schedule is often booked weeks out. We recommend booking your first cranio-sacral or osteopathy follow-ups at the same time as your initial visit — ideally two appointments in the two weeks following, with a third two to three weeks later.
We can always cancel or reschedule unnecessary appointments. The point is making sure you don't end up waiting for the care you need.
