Cranio-Sacral Therapy
Cranio-sacral therapy works along the path that connects the cranium to the sacrum and houses the central nervous system. It combines advanced massage skills — myofascial release, visceral work, fascial stretching — with focused work on the cranial-sacral system. Best for chronic injuries that haven't resolved with other approaches.

A closer look.
The cranio-sacral system connects the bones of the head (cranium) to the spine, all the way down to the tailbone (sacrum), and houses the central nervous system. Cranio-sacral therapy focuses on maintaining the balance of this system to optimize nerve function and mobility.
This is an advanced modality offered only by RMTs with additional training. The session integrates trigger-point work, fascial stretching, myofascial release, and visceral manipulation as needed, accompanied by very gentle, focused work on the cranial-sacral system itself.
The work is gentle by design. Many clients describe it as the calmest treatment they've ever received — the nervous system gets space to downshift, and the body reveals patterns that deeper work sometimes pushes past.
What a session feels like.
Sessions are designed to help clients struggling with chronic injuries find a different way in. Treatment is performed over your clothing — wear something comfortable and easy to move in.
Pressure is light to moderate. Your therapist will move deliberately, often holding contact for longer than a conventional massage. You may experience a sense of warmth, gentle pulsing, or quiet shifts in the body — all are normal.
When booking your first appointment, plan to book a few follow-up appointments at the same time. We can always cancel or reschedule, but our cranio-sacral roster is in demand and booking ahead means you don't end up waiting weeks between sessions.
