How we handle your information.
Manual therapy is regulated health care. We treat your health information with the standard of care that governs Ontario's health-information laws.
Personal health information
Patient records, including health-history forms and treatment notes, are held by your treating practitioner in accordance with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the standards of the relevant regulatory college (CMTO for Registered Massage Therapists; the Ontario Association of Osteopath and OstCan for Manual Osteopathic Practitioners). Your records are not shared without your written consent.
Booking and scheduling
Online booking is managed by Jane App. Information you submit to Jane is governed by the Jane App privacy policy. Elysis practitioners access only the booking and clinical-record fields required to provide care.
Contact form
Messages submitted through this site are delivered to the clinic and used to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share contact information with third parties.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. No personally identifying information is tracked. The site does not use third-party advertising trackers.
